This Terms and Conditions Agreement outlines the understanding between Wedaachary Wedding Film Production, hereafter referred to as “the Company,” and the client engaging our services. By booking our services, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with our brand, the client agrees to abide by the following terms.

The Company provides professional wedding filmmaking, event cinematography, and related creative services. Every project is executed with artistic vision, technical expertise, and creative integrity. A booking is considered confirmed only when the advance payment is received. The advance payment is non-refundable, except in rare situations where the Company specifically agrees otherwise in writing. The balance amount must be paid before the final delivery of the film or related media. Any delay in payment may result in a delay in delivery or suspension of services until dues are cleared.

In the event of cancellation, the client understands that cancellations made more than sixty days prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the Company. Cancellations within sixty days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within thirty working days.

The client is responsible for providing accurate details about the event, including venue, timings, and permissions. The Company cannot be held liable for delays or missed coverage due to incorrect information or restricted access. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary venue permissions, licenses, and entry passes are secured in advance. The client must also acknowledge that guests and third parties may be recorded during the event and inform them accordingly.

All creative material, including films, photographs, and edits, produced by the Company remain the intellectual property of Wedaachary Wedding Film Production unless otherwise stated. The client is granted personal usage rights for viewing and sharing the content with family and friends. Commercial use, broadcast, or distribution for profit requires a separate licensing agreement. With client consent, the Company may use selected content for portfolio showcases, marketing, social media promotion, and other promotional purposes to represent the artistic work of Wedaachary.

Delivery timelines for the final wedding film or related deliverables typically range between eight to twelve weeks after the event, depending on the complexity of the project. In certain cases, expedited delivery may be available at an additional cost. The agreed-upon format of delivery, whether digital files, USB drives, or printed albums, will be specified in the contract at the time of booking.

The Company is committed to delivering high-quality work, but cannot be held responsible for delays or failures arising from unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, technical malfunctions, or any situation beyond reasonable control. In the unlikely event of total equipment failure, illness, or other critical emergencies, the Company’s liability will be limited to the return of payments already received. The Company is not responsible for any indirect losses, business profit loss, or reputational damages that may arise due to the use of our films or delays in delivery.

The privacy of our clients is respected at all times. Any personal information collected during the booking process is stored securely and used only for the purposes of delivering services and legal compliance. If any dispute arises between the Company and the client, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. Should this fail, the matter will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State]. By engaging our services, confirming a booking, or making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this Agreement.
